Arts & Humanities (22-27 January 2019)

Workshop Aim This workshop was designed to help establish a common understanding of the Arts & Humanities (A&H) in Syria and the wider international A&H academic community, and associated challenges and expectations; to foster an understanding of international standards and good practice in A&H; and to facilitate the development of academic skills, collaborations and access to research funding.

An EAP expert provided one-to-one support over the three small grant research proposal writing days, focussing in particular on sentence level writing, idioms and vocabulary.
